DOOM, known for breaking onto the New York hip-hop scene in the 90s, has since made a name for himself as the Metal-Faced Villain. With collaborations with Danger Mouse, Ghostface and Thom Yorke, as well as many more under his belt, this is certainly an artist that needs no introduction.

DOOM’s first job as an Originals Pioneer was to co-create a new version of his favourite Clarks Originals shoe the Wallabee, as well as travelling to the home of Clarks, Street, Somerset, to capture the sounds of the Clarks headquarters. Working with his recordings, DOOM  prepared an exclusive track remix and video, created to coincide with the track launch.

Wallabee Doom

The Wallabee shoe has a long heritage with hip hop; ever since the Wu Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah aka the ‘Wallabee Champ’ started customising his. Following this heritage, the mysterious, near mythical rapper DOOM felt it high time to pay homage to his favourite shoe and created a fresh, limited edition Wallabee for SS14.

Crafted with premium leather and reflective stitching, highlights included his iconic mask lining the shoe and statement embossing on the side of the heel with DOOM branding.
